VGAMD would likely appeal more to Work-N-Stiffs than institutions. As I understand it, Virtual Gaming Enterprises' business plan is acquiring casino franchises. Is that not correct? Why would institutional investors find a company such as this one attractive when they can simply acquire their own web page real estate for a lot less overhead? VGAMD is a franchisee of Global Interactive for at least one if not all of their web sites. Basic themed casino web sites can now be had for as little as $20K and Global Interact's out there pitching entrepreneurs. The major expenditures, however, are committed to ongoing advertising and promotion which many operators are discovering are higher than originally anticipated to curb conversion rates. As VGAMD's unofficial spokesperson here on Silicon Investor, I believe many readers would like to hear you nail down the reasons you feel VGAMD is a strong buy at this level!
