Brad: I don't have any answers for you, but I have been noticing the same phenom. If you can find out what the " certain restrictions or adjustments are, I would be beholden to you... I own a ton the this stuff. Quite frankly I am annoyed at how this stock is acting.. with that Paine Webber report of how EMC stole DGN at this price and many other companies should take a look.... I give you the impression the company was put in play.... but no body else came to play..I"ll fax you the PW report if you like....regards, flop
