I recently received a phone call from John Dougherty, presumably because I am a share holder. I did not take notes but this is what I remember from his call. He said that they now have a positive cash flow. They have sold four packages of instrumentation one of which is in operation in Texas and the other in western Canada. Next week they are to make a presentation to a company who look after efficiency and useful things for a number of Texas utilities. They have hired three young marketing people and completed a round of financing from institutional sources.

From a share value point of view he expects share value to increase in November when people are back from summer activities and the effects of sales are felt.
