Hey, Valuespec...I beat you to the punch on this call! I said FTEL (FCM) would get their lunch eaten over a year ago. Man, to dig this old message up I had to go over the long list of people who used to fight with me and you, who are now mostly long gone now.

Here's what I said about FCM (FTEL) over a year ago:

Big boys gonna eat our lunch?

Yep. I said this a few weeks back when I saw all the competition out there in the same racket as FTEL, but
they've got much more: cash, people working for them, all-round resources, and recognizable brand
identities. The piece on ABC TV a few weeks back may have been the clincher when they told us the Big
Boys like Sprint were getting into OUR little game. I knew then that the window of opportunity was going
to close fast on us.

In Frank Peters own words, he called our proprietary software "tinker toys". I think he hit it right on the
head--FTEL is a toy company compared to the herds of real companies that are going to soon trample over
us.

Again, I say, sure hope somebody buys us out at a fair price before, like the incredible shrinking man,
FTEL (and our investments) disappear into smallness.
