To Sam; Tom, thanks for the repost of the RB message. That was an important post. I don't want to know what you have done to deserve the duty of reading RB! But we have it in writing as of Aug. 24 that Gordon has neither been granted shares nor has he sold shares. The next critical time to be watchful is mid-November through the end of the year. Stuff that happens during this period isn't included in the 3rd quarter report as a subsequent event. It's not reported until Mar. 30, 2000, some 4-5 months later. Of course, if TSIG has the good results we are expecting, it would behoove the company to get the 10KSB out as early as possible.
