EELN vs MDCM comparison

Taken from MDCM board (originally from Yahoo board)

EELN revenues: 4.56 million Loss: 16 million
MDCM revenues: 14.3 million Loss: 8.6 million

If this is correct then isn't MDCM highly, highly undervalued compared to EELN. "

You forgot to add that MDCM closed 4,459 loans vs. 2006 for EELN.

So, from the recent numbers, it does appear that MDCM is leading EELN in mortgage origination.

To be fair to EELN, not all of MDCM's loans are originated online yet, but they certainly did more than EELN either way.

Also, there is plenty of potential in this industry for both companies to be huge winners [the market for mortgages is nearly $1.5 trillion].

I think what we are seeing is the rapid use of the internet by both companies to make this industry an easier sell for consumers.

As far as their market caps go, I think that MDCM should certainly match that of EELN's due to this recent earnings report, rather than EELN's share price dropping.

Market cap for EELN: 1.585 billion
Market cap for MDCM: only 638 million

Hmm... MDCM is way undervalued!!!
