Dear Len, A@P is "always right". That is, eventually he is right just long enough to "claim" to be. The reverse of this is also then true, however he never admits to it. Take NTOP for example. I'd say anyone that shorted at his reco. and held is toast -- unless they have the "unlimited" pockets of A@P (at least he can claim this on the almighty anonymous Internet). These self-proclaimed internet stock-picking chat-gods are really humorous. Over time, the best in the world, legitimate professionals do maybe 20%annually. If any of these ego-driven maniacs could do better, someone would be paying them a handsome sum, and they wouldn't be using every trick in the book to manipulate their timing in and out of the markets to stroke their internet egos. Unless one of these guys/gals is phoning you before they make their trades and you can substantiate their claims, I'd take their hype with a grain of salt. I like to entertain, but like the TV psychics, A@P and others offer no such disclaimer. I remain, SOROS ps the above is pure trash, and I fall at the feet of the great A@P -- believe whatever he says
