VBroady, it is for exactly those reasons that some, especially myself, have been trading in and out heavily and have now taken a seat on the sidelines. I still believe that this will boil down to a precedent setting case for gambling on the internet and will emerge on a more defined playing field. I do not feel the risk reward for me was worth sitting on my shares waiting for charges. If Starnet is cleared and jumps to 10, then I just jump in there. Other long term holders here are doing the same or have prices sub $1 to 5 and are betting on the company for the long term. Take a look at the SEC report and see if you come away with the feeling that this company will delist.

Regards, Brian
