Gary - Absolutely totaly agree with you, before I moved here across the pond we had a small family business which was run by my father. He did very well, one reason for that was he gaurded his customers and prices like gold. The less information people know the less they can hurt you. Clients were hard enough to come buy as it was without telling everyone who they were.
