MGJ, It would be totally in line with their multiple other joint ventures around the world. The partnership interests would probably be divided right down the line based upon relative percentages of customers in their current respective networks in the US. I hope it's a go. Perhaps explains a bit of the 7 dollar jump today. Regards, Dave
