I may have heard incorrectly, but toward the end of the Q&A, the analysts were asking Q's along the lines of "Is so and so a competitor, to what degree do they overlap"?

I thought one of the companies being asked about was REDBACK Networks; and that the answer was that Redback only has 1/2 the problem solved; that it couldn't compete in the large ISPs or carriers with the new NN solution.

NN came at this problem from an integrated perspective from the start. Others were only looking for better HW or for better SW not both.

I was on RealAudio rather than dialed in, so the audio wasn't always crystal clear.

I was left with the impression that RBAK's niche will be smaller going forward than the questioners had previously thought.

I could be wrong,
