If in a hypothetical situation as can be noted in other stocks at this time:

A company enters into a with an investor or group of investors for convertible debentures that have no floor, the lower the stock price goes at the time of conversion the more shares they receive. There is no need to convert swiftly as they can short and cover repeatedly without fear. They don't merely lock in a long term capitol gain. They can actually milk the stock dry. It can be very deadly. That is why a shareholder should be careful that such destructive financing isn't engaged in by the company.

I didn't say it has happen, but the symptoms are there. GaBard is right when he says that the symptoms aren't proof. They aren't. They are simply an indicator that should be observed and investigated.

This would be a good place to learn more.

TSIG is a stock to review at this time. The management fully recognized the damage of the deadly financing, but claimed there was no alternative. The terms of the financing are spelled out there in the financials and even includes the right to short against the instrument (convertible debs).
