Dave LOL! I agree for the most part. I read the Goldman Sachs report this morning and it was very positive. This along with D. Telecom of Germany talking about mobile phone growth potential and their high expectations for that growth in the second half of 1999 this morning (if their mobile expectations are high they are by default high for Vodafone Airtouch), along with the resolving of the uncertainty over what the Federal Reserve was going to do yesterday in raising rates I believe all propelled the stock higher. Further, if the report in the London Times is true, the London Times staff has a reputation for being close to telecom management throughout Europe so when I see it published in the Times I pay attention, watch for another rise tomorrow.
