If this stock had a floorless in it the OS would be going up with the certs in street name. It is not. A better explanation would be a share holder that already had a bunch cheap stock from the shell started to sell.

The MM's saw his size and boxed it down when he started to sell. Short sellers saw the gap down and jumped all over it driving it down further.

Finally he capitulated and blew out his stock.

This would explain the street name going up. The volume going ballistic. The huge volume traded. The OS not going up. The stock starting to move on lower volume as the seller is out of shares.
