How do you figger me to be a non-techie type? because I don't include a nerdish signature to my posts? The point is that you can run an almost fully functional windows os using less than 2 mebagytes of disk space. whether it runs off a floppy or hard drive is irrelevant, the point is that it takes a minimal amount of disk space. and i ain't talking about ce, which is a pretty awesome little os in it's own right. you know with msdn you get vb6 and vc++ for ce? something that doesn't even require a hard drive, just a few megabyts of ram, and even has it's own version of microsoft office. even windows ce is 100 times more functional and better performing that any unix gui there is.
