As with most lawsuits for patent infringement, this one will blow by with little or no impact. Possibility of a brief buying opportunity on Thursday, so anyone with some "dry powder" should be on high alert and ready to move in (unfortunately, that doesn't include me).

PS: Wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of countersuit, or, an out of court settlement if there's anything concrete.
