The Insider Review Wednesday August 25th, 1999 Buy Alert!!
*******************************************************************

An exciting opportunity has presented itself this week as Deerbrook
Publishing Group (OTCBB:DBPG) has moved its website, www.artup.com, into
the final beta testing stage and will be opening any day now. With the
price getting beaten down by apathy and impatience these last few days,
this is a great value at these levels. Currently trading at around $2.22,
investors need to be nimble as developments are happening quickly with this
company.

Artup.com features a newly developed online auction and retail format.
Deerbrook hired IIS (the same company that developed skymall.com,
NASDAQ:SKYM) to develop DBPG's idea and create artup.com. Word from the
company is that it turned out better than they ever expected and that they
are working on it around the clock to make sure it runs perfect. A key
point is that nodody has ever done this before, and it will revolutionize
the art industry and change the format for online auctions and mall sites.

A unique feature to artup.com is the development of a templet that will
allow galleries and artists to have there own web site. With website such
as AMZN, EBAY, and Art.com there is no choice but to upload images into a
huge auction that has no format, no creative choices, and no unique
features. You can just imagine how ridiculous that $1000 piece looks next
to those poker playing dogs on black velvet. Not on Artup.com. DBPG is
allowing artists, collectors, and galleries to develop there own web site
using their templets. They choose there own colors, graphics, names and
how the store flows.

By giving free commerce enabled web sites, DBPG will grow to be the largest
art community on the web. These web sites would easily cost these artists,
galleries, etc,. $10-15 Thousand to develop on their own. Another feature
is that now people can navigate store to store rather than image to
image.

This concept could change e-commerce.
