flopwedge--I am disappointed too. I saw some estimates that put the Clariion section of DGN as worth 20 a share some months ago. The Aviion was at around 15 as I recall. I sold my shares a few days ago at 19. DGN could have struck a better deal IMO. I would be interested in how the company officers came out in this. A contract that benefited them while the owners (the real name for shareholders) got a low ball price would not please me. I can't say this is what happened but I would like the details on how they came out. All the Best Druss
