Thanks for the response .... I did not read anything, yet about the thinking behind the downgrades, but my guess is that increased rates will lead to less buying??!! An almost innocuous 1/4% rate increase may have such wide reaching effects???? Must be something else that Merrill is afraid of?? They wouldn't just "churn" the market would they??
