Doing some DD... From what I gather, Triquint is on the high-end side of GaAs semi mfg's. In contrast to RFMD, TQNT has their own fab which is great when full, but an anchor when not due to fixed costs dragging down their bottom line. GaAs semi's are used on the blazing fast edge of communications where CMOS has yet to produce the speed and freq's. With high speed wireless comm's and fiber transmissions exploding, there is definitely some room to the upside for TQNT as they become better and better known. Just compare their ratios to RFMD's and CNXT's. Go TQNT!
