DJ, the first thing Mory E should do is to fire Dan Smith and appoint the original founder (the scientist from India) as his right arm. I don't think Ascend and Cscc are equal size, Ascend is 2x bigger. Mory E. probably thought about how to pull this off very hard, he certainly knows Bay's story. Good luck to all.
Now who's that company bidding against Ascend for Cscc (according to rumor)? Maybe it's going to buy Fore now.
