To all,
Let me begin by saying there is news tomorrow. Dan was almost giddy with delight. We started talking and he asked for
questions ,then he said ,wait a minute . I'll answer a few but I'd rather wait and call you back tomorrow after the release for
your reaction. UNREAL!!]
Anyway , In my sneaky way I couldn't let it go till tomorrow without trying to get more info. Something that has Dan this
excited is worth the ole college try.
Dan later said ,when I asked him if it was hard news that it was very, very, very, good news. At this point he asked about
Markerman's post because someone had e-mailed him to read it. He read the post and said it was like a challenge and that
fonar had to now prove they could do it. He stated very emphatically that "Dr. D will take that challenge!!!" He stated that this
is the beginning.
Dan also tried to hedge a little with the news is being prepared routine and that if something happened it would not be
released Fri because they have decided against releases late in the week.
He said it would be Monday. I told him I didn't think he could hold his water till monday and that he couldn't wait till Monday
to call me.
To make a point, at the end of the conversation i said talk to you tomorrow and he said right!!
Before I get to the questions I have to add that Dan said his favorite release of all times was the supreme court ruling in 1997
on the GE verdict. He asked,"what would you say if I thought this was
better?" Don't know what to say but? I told him if it as even close I'd be tickled ______!!!!!!
I am putting this up now because I wanted eeryone to get this first.
I will follow with the txt of the questions in about 20 minutes.

Dan wanted me to dampen his enthusasim a bit because he said some people will say something
negative about it. In all fairness I couldn't and most others who have talked with Dan couldn't disguise
the upbeat feeling from Dan.
Also b-4 the questions Dan wanted me to relate that he wasn't angry about the IB and PR calls but
that with Gene away he saidAmelia had a few things wrong. He stated that Amelia does not handle
the fonar account.
He said the research report was in two parts; the analyst side and the history side. He was writing the
history side and it is done. He then stated that thee PR firm and fonar will have a joint announcement
when it is to be released and that for shareholders to get a copy it will be the end of Sept in
conjunction with the earnings report.This was question # 7 so if ?I leave it blank you'll know why.
Now to the anti-climatic part. The questions will be boring compared to the previous message.
1. I asked about setting up a private meeting with Dr D at RSNA(( for us that are going from this
site.
He said he will look into it and let me know.
2. Please confirm questions
Dr D only gets a salary from fonar at present
10k shows all of this info
Dr D is not recieving any renumerations directly or indirectly from fonar's present association with
HMCA
Anything else that wasn't listed under "related party transactions" would bring trouble from the SEC.
3. What % of scans are read by teleradiology?
Don't know but will check.
4. How many scans do our centers average a day? Same answer as above but Dan then added that
the research report goes into this type of info.

No
I then said the reason we asked is the old fonar .com was down and Dan said the web site server
company was bought out and the servers were moved to a new location. He stated they were
actually in the back of a truck. He stated they knew this was going to happen but hadn't recieved a
call b-4 it was moved.
6.Is new Texas quad up and runing and if so will we get some user input
Said just to say no. Something going on here I think.

Dan stated he doesn't know and is not informed of the daily comunications of the sales force.
9. Is fonar in any way working on, or completed a scanner with a higher telsa rating than the quad

Only WIPS are .6T He stated that fonar is exclusively working within a range of .35-.6T opens. Dan
said he doesn't think there will ever be a 1.0 "OPEN" . He started talking of the reasons being due to
heat but That's when I need Dr Fleck on the line to translate.
10.Does HMCA pay fonar face value for the quads or scanners?
Financial accounting standards are followed.
11. When will you announce that fonar will upgrade all the MRI centers and ake them all up to date.?
A release to that end will be written and released in it's time.
12. From the phanthom. He always gets a rise with his questions.

Mr phantom,
I couldn't resist and added my own question.
How about a SSOP? Shareholder Stock Ownership Plan Told Dan to check into shareholders
buying direct from the company to alleviate broker fees or on line fees. Even asked if we could get
15% off like some employee funds do.
