Bummer Carl because you are screwed big time! You just admitted, in print to the SEC, who are monitoring this thread, that you own more that 5% of this company's stock. As a matter of fact, you are probably the largest stockholder in this company and did not even file the necessary SEC documents for taking a controlling interest in this corporation. I know this since I checked the Edgar database. We have laws in this country and you violated them willfully and intentionally in your ego-maniacal attempt to corner the market and engineer a hostile takeover of CLON. Who the hell do you think you are, a resident of Connecticut or worse, President of a software company. I hope they take away your crayons and make you spend 5 minutes in "Timeout". Andrew Vance
