Dear Mr. Mitchell, On behalf of my lawfirm, Wechsler Harwood Halebian & Feffer LLP, we strongly urge you to delete a message posted on the TechniClone thread of the Silicon Investor website. If this post is not deleted by 11:59pm tonight, April 1, 1997, we will seek libel charges against you and the poster known as "NASDBULL". Very truly yours, John Halebian I don't understand. Are these guys really suing us? The address Mr. Halebian gave me was in New York City, not Tustin, California. I guess they have two offices. Anyway, he seems more pissed about your post than about all the others he appears to be suing all of us over. Please advise as I don't like class action and/or libel suits! - Jeff
