Well the last sentence of your post convinces me you have very limited exposure to advanced technology or you have very weird taste from my perspective. Fully functional to me means having minimum of 3200x1200 pixels of visable screen with an ability to expand to 3200x2400. But some get their jollies playing with calculators. I like calculators.
