Your analysis is appreciated. I agree that the large drug companies would not be putting big money into trials with Evacet if they thought there were many doubts about its approval. The insider selling in such quantities is disturbing. Is he just cashing out part of his holdings to invest elsewhere, or are their inherent company weaknesses that are immediately not apparent? Frankly, if there are no glaring problems with the company, I'd bet that one of LIPOs big partners will snap it up in order to limit the technology's availability for their competitors.
