You can call technical support at 800/772-5885 (don't press 1, just wait) or follow the links on the web site to 'email' and select 'feedback on the web site' there. The same group that handles the web site handles Velocity. When you call, they definitely have to listen to you. OTOH, the majority of my emails meet with no response <g>.
