Ian -- Did I hear John Chambers right --- that Cerent's addressable market would be $10 billion in 2003? He then said something about Cisco's ability to become number 1 or 2 in each market they target. Are there no other competitors in this space? Will there be no other competitors? Can they capture 100% of this market? Can they maintain all 266 employees who are now worth how much????? How much margin for error do they have? Do you recall the emphoria when 3Com bought USRobotics? Ah, well, I must be missing something. . . Pat
