All I know is what I'm reading on Hooverman's IBIC board on geociites and a few posters have indicated that the company is following what it said it needed to do in the last PR which was find a new president and obtain financing for phase 2 of the mining operations. I have no idea what the particulars are but it has been almost 2 months since the last PR came out and my assumption is that they must be getting close to at least hiring a new president. I believe that when financing is secured that IBI will then be a viable company because that means they can start mining and selling the product and generating revenues. I don't think this puppy is dead yet...
