ICA has been showing the signs of a breakout after weeks of accumulation - IMHO - Yorkton and CC doing a lot of buying - we hit 45 but then a bis 60k offer at .43 starting shaking out some shares - I have seem this a thousand times - This is a waall to get out more shares at ,425 and below. They will lift this and we will be off - I am holding - If it dips again I may be out
