More DD on St.Louis

My broker is with AG Edwards....and located in St.Louis.

He says that Denny Long (ex-president of A Busch) is a long-time mover and shaker in St.Louis, well respected.....and has the political clout to get the deal done.

Lemay....(pronounced "leemay") is a middle class suburban area South of St.Louis.......and that no casinos are in the area at this time. People from this area must drive through the city to get to the nearest one.

He said there is also an effort to get one approved for an area father south....but has no guidance as to the progress of that one.

FYI.....Missouri has changed their regulations for riverboats......allowing them to be stationary....rather than sailing. Much less cost involved with a non-sailer.

Also......The 61 cent 2000 earnings estimate is Bear Sterns.......we are trying to locate the source of the 25 cent estimate....which makes the mean 43 cents. We know that it is NOT the regional broker from the Omaha area that has the "buy" rating on ASCA.

Whoever it is.....they have no rating on ASCA....because we know who the two rating brokerages are. They may not even have an analyst covering the stock anymore......The estimate may be "stale".

Again....this could have a material effect......if the low estimate were to be withdrawn or modified.
