OXHP??? How about apples and oranges, Chuzz? Or apples and lemons as the case may be...what kind of inventory did OXHP have, and A/R as well? You're talking about an insuror for who cash flow is incredibly important vs a high tech industrial company. One has probabilities and underwriting standards to deal with, whereas the other (LU) is a vastly different sort of enterprise - R & D, products, inventories, everchanging technologies, etc. The financial detail evaluationss are vastly different...
