OnLine Production Services Inc. Files Form 10
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1999--OnLine Production Services, Inc. (OTC BB: ONPS) announced today that is has filed its Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register the company's Common Stock and become fully reporting.

The registration becomes effective 60 days after the Form 10 is filed with the SEC and establishes a publicly available file containing financial and business-related information about OnLine. Upon the effective date, OnLine will become fully reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and will be required to regularly file Quarterly Reports (Forms 10Q) and Annual Reports (Forms 10K), as well as report corporate developments (Forms 8K) and Proxy rules.
