Perfect example of ignorance. Yesterday, Old Jake Justice posted to me and told me to not post to him anymore. I agreed under the stipulation that he not post to me either...in other words, you leave me alone, and I will leave you alone. Now, this guy who accuses me of having problems couldn't even make it 24 hours without trying to antagonize and/or provoke me. Although I have not posted to him, I find in my private mail a post from him that I would have assumed only a five year old would dare send. I won't bore you folks with the details, but lets just say, it was a very profane and immature post, which will surely cost him some time in the webmistresses dungeon. So here is a guy that thinks I have problems, yet he cannot refrain from sending me idiotic, immature and profane private posts while totally unprovoked by me. Your quite a guy
Mr. Justice!!

Gary, In response to your earlier posts I would first like to say thank you for responding in the manner in which you did. You are the ONLY person to actually try and address the issue's rather then accuse me of bashing this stock. I thought we were here to discuss things...I also thought my concerns were, and are, more then valid to any shareholder and/or prospective shareholder.

Although you responded to one or two points, I still feel there is alot more left on the table. You explained about not releasing names of retail places. I do not understand your reasoning, and this practice only takes place in this type of environment ( otc stock's ) but I will not harp on it anymore.

But there are many other questions I don't have answers to :

What is the manufacturer for the notebook computer ? If we can't have the name, why not ? Is it a done deal ? Why is DMEC not CURRENTLY selling it and why was the date pushed back ? Is DMEC the exclusive distributor of this product or can it be found elsewhere. Is DMEC actually buying these, taking possession of them and then selling them, or are they acting as a middle man between buyer and manufacturer. If DMEC is taking possession, under what terms...are we paying up front, swapping services or stock, are we on net 30, net 60, net 90 or what.

On other products for sale...why is there such a limited amount of stuff for sale ? Why is the site very amateurish in listing descriptions..I mean, there is very little info of any kind for any product. On the electronic hand held games, who is the manufacturer of such products, warranty info and etc, etc....

What is the marketing plan for DMEC ? How is the company going about marketing their services and products. How much $$'s is comitted to their marketing budget, and what methods will be used in marketing efforts.

Who is Jade Capital. No specifics since it is not a done deal, but if Jade is an existing business then surly they have a phone number and contact person and certainly we can know what this business actually does.

On the $300,000 deals....you can't tell us any names which I still don't understand, but since we don't have actual names, then certainly we can have specifics of the deals. For the simple reason, we don't have the names, makes it perfectly " safe " to fill us in. As a shareholder, aren't..or I should say, shouldn't you be concerned about the specifics of the deal. All we know is we have 2 deals for $300,000. OK, great...are they cash deals, are they on credit..if so, what terms ? What is initial order. We could be looking at a cash deal to 7 - 11, which would be great, or we could be looking at a deal with joe schmoes in which we bill them net 120 days...the point is, we do not know. Are we taking a chance by issuing credit to a company that may not pay us, or are we collecting cash from a reputab;e company. When will this revenue hit the books ??? This qtr, next qtr...or ever ?? How do we know, if we don't know any specifics ???? As a sharholder, how can we analyze the situation...I don't even know who the deals are with, what the terms are or when or if the revenue will ever hit the books. All we have is a news release saying we did a $300k deal, and as we all know, relying on news releases only in OTC land will get you into the poorhouse very quickly. If you trade the otc's, you best look past the news release and dig a little further or you will be set up for the slaughter and you know that as well as anyone on this thread.

Products - What is the company doing to identify itself. I mean, they cannot be counting on off name, out of date merchandise like those hand held casino games to form an identity. I can go to the dollar stores and find these hand held battery operated games all over the place. Furniture - Why would I buy that cheap card table and chairs from DMEC...I can grab the same or similar at wall-mart, and actually see what I am buying and know who the manufacturer is and etc, etc....

How come, and this is a big point with me.....how come I can go to many sites on the net and they have a little ticker saying how many people have visited their site. I could care less if DMEC has the ticker, but as a shareholder I sure wouldlike to know what kind of traffic the site has, what kind of sales they have and etc, etc....Are we drawing people to the site...how long do they stay....are they spending, and if so, how much, and on what. SAre we drawing other revenue from the site such as ad dollars, or are we planning to ? With this topic on hand, please explain what the company is doing to ensure that I and others come to their site. I mean, what is going to make joe consumer go and spend time or money on the dmec site.

Outstanding shares...do we even need to go there ?? Do we have an accurate and verified count of shares. Is the company issuing shares for more consultant work and other stuff.

Why is the site not being updated with additonal products and services and why is it still so "lame ". pardon the lame term, but the site has been open for awhile. When it first opened I didn't pay much attention to mispelled words, missing pricing and other crap. But why is the site still the same way. I mean, most companies could go in and revamp the enire site in a very short period of time, while DMEC takes months and doesn't update or fix even minor errors.

Is DMEC the EXCLUSIVE distributor of any product ? If so, what ? Or are they simply selling the same stuff everybody else is ? As far as the products they sell, since they won't tell us what manufacturer it is, or any specifics, can we at least know if this is outdated merchandise the company picked up cheaply...I mean, at the dollar store thats how they survive. They buy outdated merchandise for .10 cents each and resell it for $1. What kind of merchandise is DMEC selling....to be blunt - are they
selling ANY closeout merchandise and if not, why won't they list any info on the products ? Do they really expect people to buy something not knowing anything about it ??? And again, this brings me back to how many people are actually buying from DMEC's new site. Not club deals or deals with no name drugstores..I mean how much is being sold from the website ?? The company touted it's turnaround beinf internet related. They have always sold to clubs, and they couldn't cut it. Supposedly, this big move to e-commerce was going to fuel the turnaround. OK, so how is it going ?? Is our website really generating high levels of revenue..if so, how much ?

Gary...man, I am tired. I could go on, but I won't. Please understand I am not meaning to be so negative and am not inetentionally bashing this stock. I have discussed some of these issues with you before, and I feel they are all very pertinent issues. I feel like this company wants us to invest in them based soley on blind faith, and that only cuts it to a point. Most every investor here did just that...we invested in blind faith, put our faith in you, james and the rest of management and gave yall the benefit of the doubt while getting started. How long do we stay blind? I mean eventually, the company has to answer to it's shareholders. I was very patient during our birth stages, but now that we are here..the site is up and running and etc, etc...it is past the time for blind faith and time for the company to either produce or convey to the shareholder all the pertinent info they need to know to stay informed.

Lastly...If anyone wishes to answer some questions or engage in a meaningful discussion of these issues fine, reply to me all you want. If wou want to avoid the subjects and simply accuse me of bashing and tell me to get lost, save your time and energy, and don't bother replying to me. People accusing me of bashing, and telling me to get lost and calling me names accomplishes nothing but showing your true ignorance.
