CB, you and I are reasonably close in age. I turn 48 next month and, like you, do not enjoy feeling "high maintenance" because of medications. And, as I have indicated in several discussions, I certainly don't have the body that is ready to pose for the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated! But, also like you, I've paid my dues and then some. I've earned every wrinkle by living and I don't give a damn about them. Unlike you, I am not married so being the object of sexual attraction does have some significance, but I think that it is my being who I am and not giving a damn that holds the attraction--even for men who could be my sons, for pity's sake. It is women like us who make the nubile teenagers look "unfinished" somehow and retain our attraction long past those whose primary charm is their youth. One of these days, you and I must find a way to get together for a chat. I like your style, lady! [Edit: I as well award you 50 gold stars and a hug!]
