Mike,
Forgive my lack of memory, but please give me more credit than the four years you mentioned.

On another subject...I just spent 45 minutes on the telephone (mostly on hold) with E*TRADE concerning my request for Medinah Gold certs. In spite of the fact that I had demanded my cert in June and had communicated with them on many occasions since that time about the status of the request, they indeed have "lost" my request. I don't know when it all occurred, but they actually acknowledged I still had a request for the shares approximately two weeks ago. Their story is that in July when I also requested a cert for my Medinah Mining shares it confused them and they "merged" the two thereby accidentally canceling the Medinah Gold request. That's their story and they're sticking to it. In any event, they have resubmitted my request. They told me it would be at least October before the cert would be in my hands! They actually acknowledged that the error was theirs. Given their error I told them emphatically that the cert must be delivered asap and the issue date must be indicative of my earlier request. I informed them that I would hold E*TRADE responsible for any loss of liquidity that may result. Do you think the thread knucklehead has any way to spin this whole incident to the company's discredit?
Jim
