Oh great ... Another technique to surrepticiously gather information about consumers. I went through my cookies file the other day and deleted all the cookies from third parties. I don't have any problem with cookies placed by sites I visited on my own volition ... but I do object to information being gathered without my permission. I know I must sound like a radical privacy fanatic, I'm really not. I'm just the guy who asks "What size check are you going to send me?" when I get telephone surveys on the phone. If I'm not getting a thing in return, why in the world do I want Big Brother looking over my shoulder?
