First Miracle Responds to Belfair International Ltd. and Golan Allegations

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1999--First Miracle Group Inc. (OTC BB:MVEE) Thursday announced that Anthony J. Cataldo, chief executive officer of First Miracle Group, has retained Daniel M. Petrocelli of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP in Los Angeles, to represent First Miracle and related parties in a lawsuit filed by Belfair International Ltd. and Menahem Golan.
In response to an Aug. 25, 1999 press announcement by Belfair and Golan's lawyer, Cataldo stated, "Mr. Golan's lawsuit is based on a complete distortion of the facts and has no merit whatsoever."
Cataldo promised that First Miracle vigorously will respond to the lawsuit and will file counterclaims against Belfair and Golan seeking substantial damages. "We look forward to our day in court," Cataldo said.
