Don, as far as i know short term cycles are actually pointing down until 08/31. so perhaps the pullback will indeed be a bit more pronounced than most people now expect. the next cycle high is due on 09/13, which jibes with your expectation. i know of at least one forecaster who expects 09/13 to be THE top. i will closely watch how sentiment and the rally's quality start to shape up in early september. if the internals stay as poor as they have been lately, i will definitely short the next cycle high.
