Carolyn,

I'm thinking the cable guys will have to give the Internet access free of charge!!! I tend to think Levy is right in that if its free (who's gonna pay)...

How can the cable guys expect anyone to pay anything in addition to what the existing cable TV fee is for Internet access when they can get that free via free ISP offers...

I suspect...the cable owners will try to entice those that do not have cable TV to sign up by giving free Internet access (and in our case have GNET as the start-up page) and those that already have cable will just get the service for a one-time fee....

Alright...I grabbing here...but I just can't see (in the long run) anyone paying for Internet access (ISP, CABLE, Satellite, DSL, etc) come 10 years from now...

Internet will become like radio...free...

Watch what will happen when the entire backbone of the Internet (at least in our country) becomes fast enough to transmit movies across the net....

Whoops..there goes cable TV...let alone Block Buster and it's like

thoughts??

Steve
