I am sorry but people believe a lot of the false facts posted on this and all boards. A good example is James Crammer of the Street.Com who bought Pairgain based on the false buyout story posted on the web. He currently is attempting to get his money back acting as lead plaintiff in a class action suit against the guy who posted the story.
