nolimitz, Hi!!! RE: Just to play the "Devil's Advocate" But I'm not sure I want someone to have a permanent back door to my computer at home. What starts in industry generally ends up in the consumer market as well. As Freeus might say Big Brother is watching I discussed this last evening...and I would imagine if the technology is available to diagnose something that is potentially this complex..I'm sure they have safe guards..I have no confirmation but I do believe your question is one that engineers would have to deal with when considering this form of service..Maybe CNBC could put your question at the top of their list the next time they interview TM or MSD..then we may finally "learn" something from their questioning... :o) Best, Kemble
