mb, I've seen this phenomenon before and the warning signs are when the notes aren't as taunting as usual. That means they've lost confidence and are just mailing in the bad predictions. I always knew that with the Greater Fool theory in full effect, there had to be a last guy in the herd to get the news. I just didn't think he would post here. <g>
