Hello Paul: Let me ask you a question. Why do you believe this stock should be over a dollar? This company is currently PURELY speculation. There are (as of yet) NO reports of income, only debt incurred. Look at the charts (although IMHO chart analysis of pennies is a TOTALLY different game from say charting a SP 500 stock). The stock has bounced up and down since its IO. Right now there is really no reason for the stock to even be a $ .01. This stock should be worth nothing as a matter of fact. Zero. Ziltch. This is currently a company that produces no tangible product, have yet to preform their service (EMSounder) for money, and have made no money in any other way that has been reported (that I know of). Now with that aside... the reason this stock is worth something at all is simple. It's speculation. Faith in the company, Stamm, and the technology gives it value. They HAVE been able to secure a fairly sizable loan. Which shows that there is a lender who believes in the company (or maybe there is major collateral?? I dunno???). They have agreements with at least 2 companies to provide their service. As we all know we are waiting to hear the sound of a drill bit spinning into the ground, and then hopefully the bubblin sound of the lifeblood of the world economy sploinkin' up oughta the earth. You ask if this company is a fraud. _I_ dont think so. But what the hell do i know?? :) It just might be. If I had a farm I wouldnt bet it on IMMM. If Dr. Stamm told me to put on a purple shroud, and black NIKEs I doubt I'd do it. But I DO think this could be a great stock to be in about now. I have a position myself, and will gladly add to it if the price will stay at this NICE level 'till I can scratch up some more $$. I'm glad it's so cheap. Bottom line: Price fluctuations in this stock mean absolutely nothing (except to market makers and short term traders) until the company makes money. Up OR down. Means nothing. This magazine is gonna hit the stands and make the price go up maybe??? So what? It's gonna go up, and down until oil or gold shows up. Maybe a good short term play.. who knows.
