Bill - On Aug 20 I received a response from Mark Keough: "Apologies for not responding sooner. I understand your rationale, which is admirably clear. But as you will understand, this is a matter for the board, not me. Furthermore, I have not yet had the time to come to my own conclusions on the matter and have no basis to question the Board's judgement at this time" I have been too busy to put together a request for board members names and addresses, but I will get at it. Mark seems like a good addition. Claudio, I believe, is essential. Toll can go, should go, and the result should be positive. I cannot imagine a negative unless they fail to replace him with competence. Bob F
