-OT- Stocks in general.
Thread,
After riding the longest bull market in history, at some point long ago, I was afraid that this couldn't last forever could it? Even with emphasis on companies that are profitable and have consistent EARNINGS growth every quarter, I'm wondering if someday, it will all come crashing down. How much does earnings have to grow by to justify a company whose stock price has gone up so steeply?
I'm playing with chips and semiconductors, pretty much one of the hottest area all year long. $ losses like today is enough to make a philosopher out of anyone. With two exceptions, I'm seeing red across the board. SNDK is the biggest loss, but there were days when SNDK was the highest gainer.
Yet, the few times when I took money off the table, I've been proven wrong, I missed a couple of corrections, but it always recovers quickly. Eventually, you think this will never stop, yet days like this just makes you wonder.
