DD: as chairman, I feel it incumbent upon me to react to your inflammatory statement: "I see this stock continuing to
move even without such tricks as a stock split."

At over 100/share, our little company is becoming out of the reach of ma and pa. And given the paltry float, it would be altruistic (not to mention stablizing) to give Mr. and Mrs. America a chance.
