SNMM will never be listed with Nasdq,SEC is abreast this whole matter next hurtle for SNMM is the $100 billion lawsuit due any day now to add to a mountain of civil and criminal charges which is the only reason for the delay.With this legal battle expected to last many years,on many fronts a few extra days accumulating all the facts is a very good investment says Las Vegas Casino Inc..Starnetshould not worry about whether they will be sued or not,this is a certainty. Gator dude you know your situation w/SNMM better than I and wish you no harm but this constant denial seems foolish to me:Your a hell of a nice guy and smart as a whip but this baffles me you guys are still bashing the police and others and putting your faith in criminals and banana republics,now this has gone far enough with this nonsince trash this pig now.Or would you rather I sit idlely by and watch you guys lose more $,now then I would be a pos.I've been there it hurts and dont wish that pain on any of my investing buds short or long.TOOL
