There are no hidden reg S or floorless that I have even heard of in all my conversations. The explaination is where did they get the stock to sell to people from $4.00 down? The news release today states they issued nothing else. However, in the spring they did a 504 and I believe the 300K shares are due to be issued in the next few months. That is how they raised capital. That is also why the company has been geting the reports and what not to try and figure out what has happened.

The historical says it all and the 3M today says it also. If someone has been selling they have got to be about out. Plus the two MMs that have had it boxed since the downward trend scrambled yesterday when OLIE disrupted the box. Now the two MMs try to box it down then jump strictly on the bid.

If there is a hidden whatever, after that release today .. somebody is in a heap of trouble. However, because of the firms they announced today, I highly doubt they have anything issued but common stock and the up coming 504 issurance. Also as blantant, clearly obvious and highly profiled this fall is right now, I serious doubt they would lie about something like that.

Now I have my doubts but I just can;t see the insiders or the anyone selling real stock in this downward trend. Of course now there is stock in the brokerage houses in street name.
