I echo John's sentiments, you one gutsy guy !!!

It seems that a deal with the amusement center will be announced within 5 business days.
I think by now we need a bit more than the "It seems" of this world.

I believe it this time, I really do. I hope we can be $5.00 by Thanksgiving (USA).
I think by now the "I believe" and "I hope" don't cut it anymore.

Facts will do just fine.
